The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) is the oldest historically Black athletic conference in the United States. The 2024 CIAA basketball tournament is scheduled to be held from February 26th to March 2nd at the CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, Maryland . The tournament will feature both the men's and women's championships will be held simultaneously.  

The conference is divided into two divisions: Northern and Southern. Here are the teams in each division:

Northern Division | Bluefield State, Bowie State, Elizabeth City State, Lincoln (PA), Virginia State, Virginia Union

Southern Division | Claflin, Fayetteville State, Johnson C. Smith, Livingstone, Shaw, St. Augustine’s, Winston-Salem State
